Build a marketplace that could serve customers, service providers, and internal administrators without fragmenting the product into separate applications.
The platform needed to support provider-managed listings, customer discovery and booking, subscriptions, and platform-wide administration while keeping authentication, data access, UI, and business logic consistent across three distinct experiences.
